30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@nacyLemtoys.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Opened or used personal care products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible). Once your return is approved, you may place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. In some cases, it may take up to 14 days after we process the refund for the funds to appear in your account.
